Hello Parents and Students,

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself.  I have been working in the Xavier System for 12 years…….that’s longer than most of you students have been alive!  I was a Classroom Aide, a 4K Preschool Teacher, a First Grade Teacher, and now, a Learning Services Specialist.  I absolutely love this system and all of the kids in it, and I'm excited to be at the McDonald Campus working with all of you!

I am a Mommy to three boys!  My oldest son’s name is Lukas and he is 17 yrs old and in 12th grade at Xavier High School-he just enlisted in the Army National Guard and we are so proud of what's in store for him and his future!  My middle son’s name is Jackson and he is 14 yrs old and will be a Freshman at Xavier High School too!  My youngest son’s name is Makswell and he is our Angel baby up in heaven and will be turning 7yrs old on September 1st!

When I’m not working and learning at school, I love to spend time with my family.  We love to cook, play outside, camp, go for bike rides and have fun family game nights!  When the weather is nice, I also enjoy working in my garden and playing in the dirt!

Starting new things is always exciting, but it can make you feel a little nervous.  If you’ve been feeling a little anxious for this transition back to school, don’t worry.  It’s going to be great!  I cannot wait to get to know all of you a little more!  I am looking forward to this year and I can’t wait to watch all of you grow!
