Hi there! My name is Emma O'Neill and I am excited to be part of the teaching staff at Xavier. I teach a combination of English and Science classes. For English, I primarily teach World Literature and Honors World Literature for sophomores. For Science, I am teaching some Lab Science Foundations sections, Applied Life Science, and Environmental Science. I graduated in 2022 from St. Norbert College with majors in Biomedical Biology and English and a minor in Chemistry. For three of my four years at St. Norbert I was a teaching assistant for science labs. Between college and becoming a teacher, I worked primarily in the scientific field. My true passion and calling is in education. After college, I was a catechist at St. James Parish in Menomonee Falls for freshman and sophomores. Outside of school, I am most likely reading, hiking, crafting, or spending time with friends, family or my dog, Lily.
Should you need to reach me outside of school hours, you can email me at eoneill@xaviercatholicschools.org. I am more than happy to meet with students before or after school, so please reach out with any concerns and we can set up a time to meet.
We use Google Classroom as our Learning Management System.
