What makes us special: Upper Iowa University has a 93% employment-after-graduation rate. Students either got a job or they go into graduate school within 6 months of graduation. We are the only division 2 college in the entire state of Iowa and we are heading into the GLVC conference this Fall 2023. Our cost is comparable not only to other private colleges (one of the most affordable), but public colleges as well (about similar cost). Student athletes have an overall GPA of 3.2 because we strive for academic success, athletic success as well as outstanding social integration. People say there is not much to do in small-town Fayette Iowa, I say they aren't looking hard enough how Upper Iowa University is a hidden gem for quality education.
