What makes us special: Located in the beautiful neighborhood of Uptown, New Orleans. Tulane's 110 acre campus sits shaded directly across from Audubon Park. Tulane's unique curriculum means that students are admitted to all 5 schools upon entry and as such, double majoring is common with more than 30% of students getting a double major and 70% of students getting at least one major and a minor. As an R1 research university with 8,000 undergraduate students, Tulane also combines top end research opportunities found at much larger universities with an 8:1 student to faculty ratio and an average class size of only 20 students.
