Ms. Magalska

Hello!  My name is Christine Magalska and I teach College Jumpstart (a dual enrollment course through St. Norbert College) for seniors and American Literature for juniors.  I began my career in Catholic education in 1990 at Wausau Newman High School after graduating from the College of St. Benedict.  In 1995 I found a home at Xavier High School, teaching here for three years and completing my Masters in English Education at the University of Minnesota. After several years at home raising my three sons and volunteering in the system, I returned to Xavier in 2009 and continue to enjoy teaching,  moderating Service Club, and helping with retreats and service trips.  Outside of school I stay active hiking, jogging, attending boot camp, reading and spending time with my sons Ben, Joe and Mark and my husband, Jim. 

I can be reached at cmagalska@xaviercatholicschools.org during school hours and prior to 9 pm and am available for help before and after school with prior arrangements.
