Brian McKinnon is a 23-year veteran teacher. He teaches Literature, Mathematics 6, and Honors Math 6.  Brian is also the Leader of the Xavier Middle School Robotics Club.  He earned a Master's Degree of Arts in Education from Viterbo University and a Bachelor's degree from UW-Green Bay. Brian was also honored in 2020 when he was named the Teacher of the Year by the Create Open Robotics Championship. 

Brian is married to Jessica McKinnon, a teacher in the Kaukauna School District, their two daughters, born in December 2005 and March 2008. Alayna, the oldest, is currently attending the University of North Dakota for Commercial Aviation and Allison, the youngest, is a Senior at Xavier High School and will be attending the University of North Dakota next year.
