Hello! My name is Mrs. Sharelis and I am thrilled to be your child's Kindergarten teacher. I have been teaching Kindergarten for the St. Francis Xavier School System for more than 20 years. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Illinois State University. It is my goal each year to create a learning community where each of my students feels safe, develops a love for learning, makes new friends, is challenged, and has a lot of fun along the way.

My husband (Chris) and I have lived in Appleton since 1995 and we have two adult children. Our son Michael and his wife, Megan are now living in Orlando, Florida. Our daughter Ashley is a nurse and works at Aurora Hospital in Oshkosh. We have also been blessed with a beautiful granddaughter (Chloe) who is now 9 years old and will be in 4th grade here at the Marquette Campus this year.

I love spending time with my family. We enjoy boating, biking and soccer! I have been a runner for many, many years and I also enjoy reading in my spare time. I am looking forward to getting to know you and your child this year!
