กฎและข้อตกลงในการออกบูธสำหรับงาน MARUYA 10 Years Anniversary

1. เซอร์เคิลจะต้องจองพื้นที่ออกบูธโดยระบุเป็นจำนวน Space (SP)

2. พื้นที่ 1 SP ของงาน MARUYA จะหมายถึงหน้าโต๊ะสำหรับวางสินค้า มีขนาดอยู่ที่ 90 X 75 cm จะมีเก้าอี้ให้ 1 ตัว ทุกเซอร์เคิลจะมีพื้นที่หลังโต๊ะลึก 1 เมตร สำหรับนั่ง วางสัมภาระและสต็อกสินค้า

3. ขอความร่วมมืออยู่ในบูธไม่เกิน 2 คน ต่อ 1 SP และคล้องป้าย Exhibitor ตลอดระยะเวลาการจัดงาน

4. ผู้ออกบูธเซอร์เคิลจะได้รับป้าย Exhibitor 2 ใบ ต่อพื้นที่ที่จอง 1 SP และจำกัดสูงสุดไม่เกิน 8 ใบ

5. หากต้องการเพิ่มจำนวนคนที่จะออกร้านภายในบูธ จะต้องทำการชำระค่าป้าย Exhibitor เพิ่ม 200 บาท/คน (จะต้องทำการแจ้งมาในขั้นตอนการจองบูธ เพื่อชำระเงินร่วมกับค่าบูธ ทีมงานจะไม่ขายป้าย Exhibitor เพิ่มที่หน้างาน)

6. แต่ละเซอร์เคิล จะสามารถจองพื้นที่ออกบูธได้ไม่เกิน 6 SP และไม่สามารถลงทะเบียนซ้ำเพื่อเพิ่มจำนวนการจองได้

7. สินค้าที่นำมาขายจะต้องเกี่ยวข้องกับวัฒนธรรม POP Culture ประเภทการ์ตูน อนิเมะ เกม คอสเพลย์ ทีวีซีรีส์ ภาพยนตร์ หรือไอดอล ตัวอย่างเช่น โดจินมังงะ โดจินเกม ภาพคอสเพลย์ เป็นต้น

8. ห้ามจำหน่ายสินค้าแฟนเมด หรือสินค้าทำมือที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ "ปรมาจารย์ลัทธิมาร" และ "Twisted Wonderland" ไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น

9. ห้ามจำหน่ายสินค้าละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ที่มีตัวแทนลิขสิทธิ์อย่างเป็นทางการในประเทศไทย

10. ห้ามนำ Fan Art, Fan Fiction, งาน Original ของผู้อื่นมาทำสินค้าขายโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตจากเจ้าของผลงานโดยเด็ดขาด

11. ห้ามจำหน่ายสินค้าเรท 20+ โดยเด็ดขาด โดยงาน MARUYA 10 Years Anniversary มีนิยามในการพิจารณาดังนี้

- นิยามการพิจารณาเรท 20+ กรณีสินค้าประเภทโดจิน แฟนฟิคชั่น ภาพวาด ลวดลายบนเครื่องแต่งกายหรือผลิตภัณฑ์

- ภาพประกอบที่มีการเปลือยหน้าอกหรือเจตนาให้เห็นหัวนมหรือบางส่วนของฐานหัวนมของเพศหญิง

- ภาพประกอบที่มีการเปิดเผยส่วนหนึ่งส่วนใดหรือทั้งหมดของอวัยวะเพศทั้งชายและหญิง

- ภาพประกอบและคำบรรยายเนื้อหาที่สื่อถึงการมีเพศสัมพันธ์อย่างชัดเจน ตรงไปตรงมา

- ทั้งนี้ รวมไปถึงภาพประกอบที่เข้าข่ายสื่อลามก อนาจาร

- นิยามการพิจารณาเรท 20+ กรณีสินค้าประเภทภาพคอสเพลย์

- รูปคอสเพลย์ที่มีการเปลือยหน้าอกหรือเจตนาให้เห็นหัวนมหรือบางส่วนของฐานหัวนมของเพศหญิง

- รูปคอสเพลย์ที่มีการเปิดเผยส่วนหนึ่งส่วนใดหรือทั้งหมดของอวัยวะเพศทั้งชายและหญิง

- รูปคอสเพลย์ที่สื่อไปในท่าทางการมีเพศสัมพันธ์หรือเชื้อเชิญให้มีเพศสัมพันธ์

- ทั้งนี้ รวมถึงรูปคอสเพลย์ในลักษณะอื่นๆ ที่เข้าข่ายสื่อลามก อนาจาร

12. สำหรับสินค้าเรท 18+ คือ สินค้าที่มีเนื้อหาหรือรูปภาพประกอบที่มีความยั่วยวนทางเพศที่ไม่ถึงเรท 20+ ตามข้อพิจารณาด้านบน อนุญาตให้จำหน่ายได้เฉพาะผู้ซื้อที่อายุเกิน 18 ปีบริบูรณ์แล้วเท่านั้น โดยผู้ขายจะต้องทำการตรวจบัตรประชาชนของผู้ซื้ออย่างเคร่งครัด

13. สินค้าเรท 18+ จะต้องทำการห่ออย่างมิดชิด ห้ามมีเล่มตัวอย่างให้เปิดดูได้โดยอิสระ รวมถึงไม่อนุญาตให้นำภาพเรท 18+ มาตกแต่งบริเวณบูธเพื่อโปรโมท

14. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ ห้ามนำอาหารและเครื่องดื่มมาจำหน่าย ภายในฮอลล์จัดงานและรอบบริเวณชั้นที่จัดงาน ยกเว้นบูธที่จัดไว้โดยเฉพาะสำหรับจำหน่ายอาหาร ที่ได้รับอนุญาตจากสถานที่จัดงานแล้วเท่านั้น

15. ในการตกแต่งบูธ สามารถนำป้ายหรือของประดับมาติดภายในพื้นที่ของบูธตนเองได้ โดยความสูงจะต้องไม่เกิน 2 เมตรจากพื้นของฮอลล์จัดงาน

16. ห้ามต่อขยายส่วนหนึ่งส่วนใดของพื้นที่ SP ในแนวราบเพิ่มเติมออกมาไม่ว่าจะด้านใดก็ตาม

17. ห้ามเซอร์เคิลวางสินค้า สัมภาระ หรืออุปกรณ์ตกแต่งใดๆ ล้ำไปในพื้นที่ของบูธอื่น หรือทางเดิน หรือพื้นที่ว่างใดๆ ในงาน โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตจากทีมงาน

18. ห้ามกระทำการใดๆ ซึ่งก่อให้เกิดความเดือดร้อนกับ Exhibitor ข้างเคียง หรือ ผู้ร่วมงาน

19. ห้ามกระทำการใดๆ อันจะก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายแก่สถานที่ หากไม่แน่ใจกรุณาปรึกษาทีมงานผู้ดูแลในพื้นที่จัดงาน

20. ไม่มีบริการกระแสไฟฟ้าให้กับผู้ออกบูธในพื้นที่ของเซอร์เคิล

21. ไม่อนุญาตให้บุคคลภายนอกที่ไม่ได้ทำการลงทะเบียนเซอร์เคิล นำสินค้ามาจำหน่ายหรือทำการหารายได้ในพื้นที่ของเซอร์เคิลโดยเด็ดขาด

22. หากมีการละเมิดกฎ หรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขข้อตกลงใดๆ ทางทีมงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการระงับการจำหน่าย หรือขอให้นำสินค้าลงจากโต๊ะ หรือให้เคลื่อนย้ายสิ่งของออกจากพื้นที่งาน แล้วแต่กรณี

23. การพิจารณาและตัดสินของทีมงานถือเป็นสิ้นสุด

Booth Rules and Agreements for MARUYA 10 Years Anniversary

1. To reserve space for booth each circle must specify desired booth area in Space (SP) unit

2. Space 1 SP is equal to 90 X 75 cm of Table top. This area is for setting up a sales table and will be provided with 1 chair. Each circle have 1 meter area behind the table for luggage and product stocks.

3. Each booth must consist of no more than 2 staff per 1 SP and must wear an Exhibitor badge throughout the event period.

4. Every booth will receive 2 Exhibitor badges per 1 SP with the maximum limitation at 8 Exhibitor badges.

5. Any booth that requires more than 2 staffs must pay an additional 200 baht/person for any extra Exhibitor badges. (Circle must notify in advance for the booking process and any additional fee must be paid at the same time as payment of the booth space. If not that circle will not received any extra Exhibitor badges at the event)

6. The maximum limitation for each circle is 6 SP and cannot be re-registered to increase the number of reservations.

7. Products sold during events must be related to POP cultures, cartoons, anime, games, cosplay, TV series, movies, idols, such as doujin manga, doujin games, cosplay pictures, etc.

8. Any product related to “The Untamed” and “Twisted Wonderland” are prohibited for sales during the event period under any circumstance.

9. Any pirated product with official copyright in Thailand is prohibited for sales during the event period under any circumstance.

10. Any Fan Art, Fan Fiction, Original works of other people with no permission from the owner are prohibited for sales during the event period under any circumstance.

11. Any R20+ products are prohibited for sales during the event period under any circumstance.

11.1. Definition used for R20+ product consideration as following:

- Illustrations that contain bare breasts or intentionally show the nipples or parts of a female areola.

- Illustrations that expose any or all of both male and female genitalia.

- Illustrations and descriptions of content that convey sexual intercourse directly.

11.2. Definition used for R20+ cosplay product consideration as following:

- Cosplay images that include bare bare breasts or intentionally show the nipples or parts of a female areola.

- Cosplay photos which contain any or all of both male and female genitalia.

- Cosplay images depicting sexual intercourse or inviting sexual intercourse.

- This also includes any other cosplay images that can be classified as pornography

12. R18+ products are products that contain content or images that are sexually provocative but not the same as R20+ according to the criteria above. R18+ products are only allowed to be sold to buyers over the age of 18. Sellers must always strictly check the ID card of the buyer.

13. R18+ products must be tightly concealed. For example books or covers are not allowed to be viewed freely. Also R18+ materials are not allowed for use as booth decoration or promotion.

14.Food and beverages from outside of event venues are not allowed for sale or distribution inside the event hall and around the event floor except for the booths that are specifically set up for selling food and must be authorized by the venue only.

15. The height limitation for any booth decoration material in the event venue is 2 meters.

16. Circle is prohibited to have any horizontal extended part of the booth outside of SP perimeter.

17. Circle is prohibited to place any products, luggages or accessories which enter the area of another booth or corridor or any empty area at the event without permission.

18. Do not cause any trouble to neighboring Exhibitors or event attendees.

19. Do not cause damage to the event venue. Any queries, please consult with the on-site management team.

20. There is no electricity supply in the booth area.

21. Any unregistered Circles are not allowed to sell products in the event venue.

22. Any violation of terms and conditions will result in sales suspension and will immediately be forced to leave the event venue.

23. The decision of the management team is final.
