1. Cases Must Be Authorized in WES

The Wyoming Department of Health Customer Service Center and the Long Term Care Unit determine the eligibility for Medicaid and authorizes the case in WES. Once authorized, it will be passed through an interface to the MMIS and provider claims are paid through the MMIS.
