This site has been created by Kimberly Fields, with Agency HR, to introduce you to development planning, which should be a collaborative process between an employee and his or her supervisor. Create clear, measurable, performance standards.
Make the connection between an individual employee’s work and department and organization goals.

What do Development Plans do?

Provide an opportunity for employees and managers to plan for an individual’s development for their current role or career goals and interests, which are relevant to the organization, department, and employee.
