Issue

The issue I chose to focus on is special needs education and how they can be affected because of lack of resources. From this I hope to gain a better perspective on how school systems are able to distribute resources and ways to help advance special needs education.  I see this issue in schools around the city who are struggling with resources in their schools. This is important to me because kids who need specific educational needs should be able to get the services they need.
