What are the SDGs? The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure prosperity for all by 2030. Established by the United Nations, the 17 goals address a broad range of global challenges, including climate change, inequality, and environmental sustainability.
Focus SDG: Our project aligns with SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production. SDG 12 focuses on ensuring sustainable consumption and production patterns by promoting resource efficiency, reducing waste, and encouraging responsible consumer behavior. Addressing these challenges requires both systemic changes and individual action.
Why SDG 12 Matters: Unsustainable consumption and waste generation have led to environmental degradation, pollution, and resource depletion. By improving recycling practices and raising awareness about responsible consumption, we are directly contributing to a more sustainable future.
