There are two ways of including Video into your Google Site.

Through YouTube (Insert - YouTube) you can include any YouTube file that is available online.
Through Google Drive (Insert - From Drive) you can search for and include a video player for any video file in drive. For this example, please make sure that your video is shared as a public (not private) file.
