Hola! I am señora Cárdenas. I am one of the Spanish teachers for 7th and 8th grade. This is my twelfth year teaching at WRMS and I look forward to having a wonderful year together.
I am from Colombia, South America. I graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor's degree in Spanish linguistics. I have a Master's degree in Foreign Language Education. In 2005 I studied abroad for a semester in Florence, Italy and in the summer of 2007 I studied in Salamanca, Spain. After graduating college I moved to Madrid, Spain to teach English and I lived there for two years. While in Spain I had the opportunity to travel to different countries, and most important I had the opportunity to learn about cultures and people. I am excited to share my knowledge with all of my students.
