MEET Ms. TRAVERSO
Hello! My name is Miss Traverso, and I’m thrilled to begin the 2025–2026 school year with you. This will be my second year teaching at Brookside Elementary, partnering with Mr. McDermott in 5th grade. I’m passionate about building a supportive classroom community where creativity, curiosity, and hands-on learning thrive. Fifth grade was my favorite year growing up, and I hope to make it just as memorable for my own students!
MEET Mr. McDermott
My name is Mr. McDermott and I can't wait to spend this year with you! This will be my 16th year teaching and my 4th year at Brookside. I have a passion for making learning fun and making connections with students. In our classroom, we'll explore new topics in math, tackle creative projects, and work together to achieve goals.
When I'm not teaching, I love spending time with my family. I'm looking forward to a fantastic year!
