Prerequisite: Independent Study Approval Form, Portfolio Review, and Department Recommendation
The Independent Study course provided a rare opportunity for the highly motivated students who have demonstrated excellence in an area of the arts. The class is designed for the art student either planning on studying visual art in college or for further advancement in any given medium. Independent projects are initiated by the students portfolio/individual needs and executed under close supervision of a faculty member. Projects are advanced or specialized.
Supplies needed for this class:
32+ GB USB flash drive or portable external hard drive
Portfolio case for photos, storage box, or 3 ring binder with clear sleeves
8x10 or 11x14 mats – Optional (…because you may not want to cut them yourself)
