ALGEBRA I HONORS SUMMER ASSIGNMENT
You will complete online math practices to review topics necessary for Algebra I using Khan Academy.
Due Date: September 11th, 2025
**You must do the steps below before the end of the school year**
Directions:
1. Join the Algebra 1 Honors Summer Assignment 25-26 Google Classroom: tbcyxlxm
2. Using your school email (@wwrsd.org), join our Khan Academy class using this link (or class code 3627MPJ4).
3. Once you are in the Khan Academy class, you will see the summer assignment sections assigned to you.
Assignment:
1. Once you have joined the class, you will see a number of sections assigned to you that you need to complete to the 100%.
2. Log in to your Khan Academy account, click on your name in the top right and click on Profile.
3. Click on the Assignments tab.
4. You will see all the assignments; click Start to begin each section.
You should strive to get a 100% on each section. If you do not earn 100%, you are encouraged to redo the sections until you do. You are also encouraged to take advantage of the tutorial videos and/or use a hint feature in Khan Academy to help you gain a better understanding of the topic. You will receive a grade in the first marking period for how well you did with completing the sections, how much time you devoted to the assignment, and the timely manner in which it was completed. Throughout the process, as your coach, I will have access to everything you have done.
If you are stuck or not sure what to do, email me with an explanation of where you are and I will help walk you through the process. Please make it a point to relax and enjoy your summer so that we can hit the ground running when we return to school!
