Westwood Regional AP Studio Art classes are participating in the AP with WE Service program through The College Board. Throughout the 2017-2018 school year, students were encouraged to think about how they could create change using their voice and artistic talents. They researched and created art about issues they were passionate about. As a class we focused on the topic Home and Displacement and discussed topics including immigration, homelessness, natural disasters, domestic abuse, global warming and how it affects habitats, animal extinction, deforestation, and more. Below is a slide show of some of the work created.
