One of the most important things you can do BEFORE starting a project is to make sure you have imported AND organized all of your media.
In this lesson, you will learn how to import media from your phone, video camera or other external source and properly organize it using FCPX's powerful library system.
In the dock, open Final Cut Pro X. By default, your application will open up with a single library and a new event.
To the right of the Libraries Panel. The Media Browser is a visual representation of your digital media. Also known as Media Bin or Clip Bin.
Once you begin the import process Final Cut Pro X will begin the task and you can immediately start to create a new project while this happens in the background.
Organizing Media is the single most important thing you can do to your library and project. If your media is organized you will be able to quickly find what you need while editing saving valuable time.

VOICEOVER is a nonsynchronous spoken commentary in a video, often used to convey a character’s thoughts and memories in film.
Voiceover is a production technique in which a voice—that is not part of the narrative —is used in a digital media presentation.
Final Cut Pro X even has an AUDITION tool that you can use to record multiple voiceovers and keep the best one.
First, create a THUMBNAIL, if necessary, by following the tutorial at right.
Then, follow the tutorial, below, to SAVE THE VIDEO TO YOUR DESKTOP. From there, you can upload it to File5, Drive, Classroom, or wherever else your teacher asks you to put it.
