Welcome to the 2021-2022 school year! I am excited to be able to start this fall with you and to see our students walk back into a full day of learning, laughter and friends. It has been amazing getting to know this community this past year and I look forward to forging more connections with the staff, students and families of Brookside, Berkeley, George and Washington Schools.

Previous to joining the Westwood Regional School District, I had been a classroom teacher for the 15 years spanning all the way from kindergarten to fifth grade in the Tenafly and Bridgewater-Raritan Regional school districts. I earned my bachelor's and master's degrees from Rutgers University and my principal's and supervisor's certificate from NJEXCEL.

I am married with 2 beautiful children who are 7 and 2 1/2 years old. They are the lights of my life. I love to read all things fantasy and science fiction. In fact, I am part of a book club which forces me to read other genres. I enjoy going to the beach, hiking, kayaking, and basically any other outdoor activity. I cannot live without coffee, but would not miss being bitten by a mosquito ever again.
