Is your Chromebook not turning on or charging? Or both?! Try troubleshooting it by doing a hardware restart!
Press down the "refresh" button and the "power" button together. Your Chromebook will turn on and will be ready to charge! If that doesn't fix the problem, bring your chromebook down to the Media Center to fill out a work order and pick up a loaner chromebook.
