For those that do not know me:
This is my sixth year working at Westwood and ninth year teaching. I have my Master's in Exercise Science, Bachelor's Degree in Biology and am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. I am married and have three kids!
I spend a lot of my time coaching. Whether that is coaching sports here at Westwood, or privately training athletes all around North Jersey.
