I have over 20 years of running a retail and service business. Each day my goal was to stop the crazy madness that comes with running a business. So with my unique way of problem solving I set about plugging the holes in the dam.
I put my experience as a service tech, office manager, service manager, salesman, warehouse manager, purchasing agent and more to the task of eliminating waste and problems in the company.
