All My Own Work - Mandatory

HSC: All My Own Work is a program designed to help HSC students follow the principles and practices of good scholarship. This includes understanding, valuing and using ethical practices when locating and using information as part of their HSC studies.

Students who have completed the program will also know about penalties for cheating and how to avoid malpractice when preparing their work for assessment.

To be eligible for the HSC, students must complete HSC: All My Own Work (or its equivalent) before they submit any work for Preliminary (Year 11) or HSC (Year 12) courses, unless they are only entered for Year 11 and Year 12 Life Skills courses.

How:

In 2022/2023 we have moved to completing All My Own Work electronically through the Xavier High School Careers Website.

Steps to completion:

1. You have been registered into the Xavier High School Careers Website. 

   1. Either verify the email which has been sent to you by Career Tools; or

   2. Go to https://xavierhighcareers.com/

      1. Click Login - use your school email

      2. Hit “Forgot password” retrieve your email and follow the instructions to register.

   3. Once logged in go to All My Own Work tab and work through the modules - this is to be done individually.  

   4. Once you have completed the modules send a copy of the Certificate to Mrs Scott for collation - email scottt@ww.catholic.edu.au

Now that you are on the Careers Webpage why not put it in your bookmarks and start to work through ‘Career Journeys’ and ‘Life Ready’.
