Access to the Learning Commons - during library opening hours.
Free Wi-Fi when you Bring-Your-Own-Device.
Borrowing - in person from your local campus library (Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange, Port Macquarie and Wagga Wagga).
As a Community Borrower you can borrow:
Number of items: Unlimited
Standard loan period: 4 weeks
Renewals: Unlimited
Recalled items must be returned when requested.
Restricted/reserve/special collections/Surface Pros.
Access to eBooks and Databases.
Intercampus loans.
Interlibrary loans.
Home delivery (postal) services.
Printing, copying, and scanning facilities.
Charles Sturt supports regional engagement. We welcome members of the local community to join and use the Library, free of charge. Applicants need to bring some form of identification to the Library front counter during library opening hours to be registered. As a COVID-safe workplace, you will be asked to provide proof of vaccination when registering.

Honorary Doctors.
Companions of the University.
Emeritus Professors.
National Council on Intellectual Disability (NCID) members.
Workplace Learning Supervisors, for six months while supervising Charles Sturt students.
Students and staff from the following universities may also join CSU library, free of charge as per the following agreement.
Participating ULANZ (University Libraries of Australia and New Zealand) universities
Charles Sturt provides wireless internet access for students, researchers, faculty and staff from participating institutions.
World Book for iPads & Tablets
Students and Staff may wish to access the World Book Digital Resource via iPad or Tablet. In order to do this, follow the directions in the below link.
