The 2025-26 school year begins August 11, 2025 and ends May 28, 2026.
Care will be provided on all school days.
March 31 to April 2
Eligible students will receive a registration invitations via email (to the address listed in Aeries) on March 28, 2025. Please visit our ELO-P page for more details.
April 3-4: Priority Enrollment
April 7: General Enrollment
*A $50.00 registration fee is due at the time of enrollment. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. - Please refer to the ENROLLMENT section below for more details.
ENROLLMENT IS A TWO-STEP PROCESS:
STEP 1: Pre-Registration (Required First Step)
Submit an online PRE-REGISTRATION FORM (one form per child). This step must be completed before moving forward with registration.
If space is full, your child will be placed on the waitlist, which expires on the last day of school (May 28, 2026). Review our Waitlist FAQs to learn more about how our waitlist works.
Note: We will only contact you if space becomes available.
Enrollment contracts submitted without a completed Pre-Registration Form will not be processed.
STEP 2: Complete Online Registration
If space is available, the Child Care Office will email you with instructions to complete your registration through Eleyo. You must submit all required documents and payment within 5 calendar days of receiving the email.
Important: Failure to complete the registration process, including payment, by the deadline will result in cancellation of your enrollment request.
