We’re thrilled you’re interested in joining us! To make sure the process is as fair and transparent as possible, here’s a quick rundown of how our waitlist operates:
Timestamp Priority: When you fill out our waitlist interest form, we record the exact time your submission is received. This timestamp is the primary factor we use to determine your place on the waitlist. The earlier you sign up, the higher your priority!
Processing: We regularly review the waitlist and contact individuals based on their position. You will hear from us via email or phone as soon as a spot becomes available or if we have updates to share. To avoid missing any communications, please safelist any emails coming from childcare@wvusd.org.
Additionally, we'd like to ensure you’re aware of key details regarding our child care and preschool programs, including fee-based and ELO-P options.
All enrollments in our child care and preschool programs will expire at the end of each school year. This includes both fee-based programs and ELO-P.
It is essential for parents and families to re-register their children each school year during the designated enrollment periods.
If you are currently enrolled in our program, you will receive priority during the registration period. Please register within the specified timeframe to secure your spot for the upcoming year.
After the priority registration for returning families, we will open enrollment to new families.
Enrollment in the ELO-P program is by invitation only. Only students who have been identified and selected by the district at the time of registration will receive an invitation to enroll in the ELO-P program.
