• The 2026-27 school year begins August 10, 2026 and ends May 27, 2027. 

• Care will be provided on all school days. 

REGISTRATION DATES

ELO-P Registration

• April 27, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. until full

Families of students identified as ELO-P eligible will  an email with the registration link by 5:00 p.m. on April 26, 2026. Emails will be sent to the primary email address listed in Aeries. Please visit our ELO-P page for more details.

Fee-Based Registration*

• April 29-30: Priority Enrollment 

• May 1: General Enrollment

*A $50.00 registration fee is due at the time of enrollment. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. - Please refer to the ENROLLMENT section below for more details.

ENROLLMENT

ENROLLMENT IS A TWO-STEP PROCESS:

• STEP 1: Pre-Registration (Required First Step)

  • Priority registration is for families currently enrolled in the fee-based childcare/preschool program and WVUSD employees. Currently enrolled families will receive an email with the registration link by 5:00 p.m. on April 24, 2026. Emails will be sent to the email address listed in Eleyo.

  • A link to the 2026/27 Pre-Registration will also be posted here at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, May 1, 2026. 

Notes: If space is full, your child will be placed on the waitlist, which expires on the last day of school (May 27, 2027). Review our Waitlist FAQs to learn more about how our waitlist works.

We will only contact you if space becomes available.

Enrollment contracts submitted without a completed Pre-Registration Form will not be processed. 

• STEP 2: Complete Online Registration

If space is available, the Child Care Office will email you with instructions to complete your registration through Eleyo. You must submit all required documents and payment within 5 calendar days of receiving the email. 

Important: Failure to complete the registration process, including payment, by the deadline will result in cancellation of your enrollment request.
