Daily Health Screening

All visitors must complete a health screening at https://bit.ly/3l2KJ0a prior to entering office. We can also help you complete this screening upon arrival.

Please do not come to campus if you have recently experienced, or are experiencing, symptoms such as a fever (100.4° or higher), chills, cough, shortness of breath or respiratory illness, sudden lack of taste or smell, or sudden onset of unexplained gastrointestinal illness or if you unvaccinated and have been in close contact with a person known to be infected or suspected to have COVID-19 within the last 10 days.

Face masks

Face masks that cover the nose and mouth (no valves) are required indoors. We will continue to follow guidelines from LA Department of Public Health in conjunction with the Walnut Valley Unified School District.

Please bring a valid photo ID (Drivers License or Passport)

We need to verify ID before releasing student information. Anyone picking up a student must be on the Emergency Card. Parents/guardians who wish for an emergency contact to pick up their child will need to contact the office in advance to let us know.
