ASB Officers

President: ASB President is an active member of ASB, in 8th, grade with two total years in ASB. The President presides over all school functions, acts as a facilitator of discussion and decisions, and represents the student body on School Site Council, and works closely with the ASB director to carry out ASB's mission.

Vice President: ASB Vice President is an active member of ASB, in 8th grade. The Vice President works closely with the President at all school functions, along with assisting other members of office. The Vice President represents the student body on School Site Council and works closely with the ASB director to carry out ASB's mission.

Secretary: ASB Secretary is an active member of ASB in 7th or 8th grade. The Secretary prepares all meeting minutes and agenda items, takes attendance, and organizes ASB records and reports. ASB Secretary also maintains the school activities calendar and represents the student body on School Site Council.

Treasurer: ASB Treasurer is an active member of ASB, in 7th or 8th grade. The Treasurer prepares all meeting minutes and agenda items, including revenue potential. The Treasurer works closely with the ASB Bookkeeper to make deposits, run reports, and verify account activity. The Treaurer works closely with the ASB director to set and adhere to budget plans.
