Parent Communication

Email

The best way to communicate with me is via email or Parent Square. Feel free to contact me at any time if you have any questions or concerns. From time to time, I will send out reminders via Parent Square, which is my primary mode of communication. Download the Parent Square App to get updates directly to your phone. 

Classroom Summaries

Classroom summaries are used to keep families up to date with their child's progress and to provide information on what is happening in the classroom. Classroom Summaries are sent home weekly and should be signed and returned by the due date.

Progress Reports/Report Cards

Progress reports are sent out at the end of every month. Progress reports must be signed and returned with Classroom Summaries. Report cards are sent out following the end of the trimester. 

Conferences

Conferences will be held October 19 - October 23. However, additional conferences can be requested at any time throughout the year. 

Student Reading Goals

Reading Goals: Students should read a minimum of 30 minutes every day and take AR quizzes in the classroom to reach their AR Goal.  AR Reports are printed and attached to Classroom Summaries every week. 

Imagine Learning: Students with an Imagine Learning account should complete 25 minutes every day (may be used in place of AR reading goal)
