EMPOWERING PARTNER COMMUNITIES THROUGH RESEARCH-BASED KNOWLEDGE AND TECHNOLOGY DIFFUSION
As the extension arm of West Visayas State University, University Extension and Development Center (UEDC) is in charge of facilitating the diffusion of agriculture, forestry, education, communication, business, health and social technologies through the use of integrated, multi-disciplinary and participatory extension programs and services. Through research-based extension programs and projects under the H.E.L.P. (health, environment, livelihood and pedagogy) platform implemented by the University's 10 colleges and 6 satellite campuses, knowledge and technology is shared with stakeholders and the public through multi-media information, communication and education (IEC) materials that are available on this site.
