Team Biography
Twisted Circuits began when Mrs. Carwile started teaching 9th grade STEM eight years ago. We are in a rural area but there are many STEM related industries we contact for help. Our community is very giving and willing to help when we are in need - whether it’s advice, cutting aluminum, fabricating pieces, or sending in technical and programming help. We are very fortunate to have teachers who let us spend extra time in Mrs. Carwile’s room when we need it!
Twisted Circuits relies on funding from Tennessee Valley Authority to cover the yearly registration fee to compete. We hold two large fundraisers each season to cover the cost of materials and supplies needed for the season. One is the Krispy Kreme Donut fundraiser and the other is our Letter Writing Campaign for Sponsors.

Peyton: "Stay in your lane programmer."
Kade: "That sounds like a builder problem. Right Jaelyn? Carwile isn't going to be sweeping up functions or anything."
