Westwood Village Rotary Club (WVRC) is partnering with WLA Homeless to help cleanup the streets of Brentwood. This will take place on 10/14/23 and start at 8 AM. 

Donuts and coffee will be provided at the start of the event, so we will be heading there a little bit earlier than 8 AM! You do not need to bring anything for the event. Gloves are being offered courtesy of WVRC for UCLA Rotaractors! However, please be sure to wear long pants, long shirt (or at least covered arms), goggles, and a mask. Bottled water and snacks will also be provided as well!

Where: UCLA Campus!

This will be the FIRST EVER Rotaract-Interact UCLA Youth Campus Tours! This is going to be a Rotary District-Wide event where we host 60 students at UCLA, have a Q&A Panel, explain how they can stay involved in Rotary, and make strong connections with Interacts within the area. It is an event to showcase part of college life to the students, with a touch of community as we do make sandwiches that our club will give to another organization to feed those in need.

The event will be taking place on October 21, 2023 at 9 AM and will last to 2PM, but we will need your help from 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM! Meet at the drop off point close to Bruin Plaza, very close to the Luskin Conference Center where the bus stops are!

As the event gets closer, we'll give you more details and even train you on how to give an amazing UCLA tour!

Where: Camp Pendleton Marine Base (Oceanside, CA)

We will drive down to Camp Pendleton Marine Base (in Oceanside) and have a cookout, while hosting fun Halloween activities to create a wonderful time for the soldiers' families, especially their kids who live on base, in order to have a fun and safe Halloween celebration.
