Level 3 Digital Marketer 

What is the course about?

The Digital Marketer Level 3, is a professional industry qualification suited to those who are wishing to pursue a career in the world of Digital Marketing or further enhance skills and career development.  The aim of this course is to make ensure that each individual has all the required skills, knowledge, behaviours and attitudes to become a professional Digital Marketer.  By the end of the apprenticeship, individuals will be fully skilled in all aspects of Digital Marketing and will be able to plan, implement and apply budgeting skills and creativity to the full marketing mix.

Key Information 

What will I learn?

Key topics Include:

Planning, implementation, application, evaluation of data and reporting of both long term and short-term marketing campaigns.

Creating and implementing Email Marketing Campaigns.

Setting up Pay Per Click and Paid Social Advertising Campaigns.

Have a working knowledge of basic fundamentals of coding, which can be used for changing banners and basic coding features on websites.

Understanding the basics in relation to blog writing and SEO keyword enriched copywriting, online and offline page. To gain practical working knowledge of tools and technologies that will support the apprentice in their marketing delivery. 

To gain an insight into data collection and interpreting metrics and data, to create reporting as to why a campaign has been successful/unsuccessful.

How to use social media for Business. 

How to deal with complaints online and manage both the customer and organisation expectations. 

The above will be taught via classroom style delivery, however it is expected that the individual will complete all of the above whilst in the workplace, so that they have a “real work” practical examples of what they have been taught, this will allow the individual to gain confidence in their approach to problem solving and be able to work as part of their wider team. Plus create their own projects which will be used towards their final assessments at the end of the qualification. 

They will need to produce 5 “real work” projects as part of their showcase portfolio which will be submitted at the end of the qualification practical period prior to end point assessment. 

How is the qualification delivered?

The qualification will be delivered through a mix of blended learning, classroom delivery, 1;1 coaching support, workshops and enrichment sessions, including speakers who are industry professionals.

The individual will be required to attend college once a week for the full day, the sessions will be split into two the morning will be theory and the afternoon workshop based with portfolio building, practical application and industry speakers. 

When the individual is in the workplace, they will be expected to carry out digital Marketing activities in line with what has been delivered in college.

The Lecturer/ Assessor will be visiting the individual to carry out reviews and observations in the work place, so that the Lecturer/ Assessor can build up a working picture of the daily tasks the individual needs to compete in-line with the needs of the business. 

Level 3 Information Communications Technician

What is the course about?

This innovative and exciting course provides support to internal and/or external customers, by using tools or systems to problem solve and trouble-shoot routine and non-routine problems. This apprenticeship will give you the skills to support clients/customers with their systems. You will achieve this through monitoring and maintaining the systems and/or platforms to maximise productivity and user experience. This apprenticeship will provide you with robust knowledge and detailed skills.

 Level 3 Data Technician 

What is the course about?

The Level 3 Data Technician Apprenticeship is suited to any sector where data is generated or processed. The apprentice will source, format and present data securely in a relevant way for analysis using standard methods. They will communicate outcomes appropriate to the audience; analyse structured and unstructured data to support business outcomes; blend data multiple sources as directed and apply legal and ethical principles when manipulating data. In their daily work, an apprentice interacts with a range of stakeholders and would typically work as part of a team.
