Aimed at senior leaders (or those in charge of managing subject leaders): This session focuses on approaches that your school can adopt to build the knowledge and confidence of your wider curriculum subject leaders. 

In this session we will be sharing and discussing approaches to help your school build the knowledge and confidence of your subject leaders. Whether you are creating a new approach to subject leadership or looking to improve or evolve a current approach, this session will include ideas on: 

• assigning subject leaders

• creating a subject leader file

• approaches to subject leader monitoring

• creating a 'subject snapshot'

• giving your subject leaders time and support

• raising the profile of subject leaders and their subject 

Aimed at senior/middle leaders: Planting the roots of Personal Development throughout your whole school community i.e Getting your staff / pupils to live and breathe a shared, sustainable school culture .
