Commercial Bathroom Renovation
Before
Decades worn drop ceiling, lighting, and an aged non-working bathroom exhaust system were completely serviced. The original air handlers for the exhaust did not function in either bathroom. The existing ceiling was sagging and weathered by the constant humidity and high use rigors of the large fraternity. Aged can lighting showed the stress of decades of use as they started to sag and loose rigidity in the ceiling leaving potentially hazardous conditions.
After
Ceiling grid was opted for rejuvenation at a reduced cost to a whole new installation. New ceiling tiles were specially selected, and custom ordered to handle the rigors of changing environmental conditions in the high humidity bathrooms to increase longevity and reduce further maintenance. All new lighting and supplemental lighting was installed to increase the illumination in the shared space with many shadows casted from the amount of partitions. The existing exhaust system was cleaned and serviced with all new air handlers and supplemental exhaust units moving a combined 380 CFM to reduce the moisture output from multiple showers all the while connected to automated sensors to monitor/control the humidity in the bathrooms.
