THE DISCIPLINE OFFICE

The PSHS, in accordance with its vision and mission, establishes disciplinary procedures that ensure the protection of the scholar’s right to due process. Thus, the formation of the Discipline Office.

The DO is primarily responsible for providing interventions and disciplinary actions after an evaluation of an offense committed in order to preserve peace and order within the campus and the scholars.

Intervention and Disciplinary Actions

Interventions and disciplinary actions are given by the Discipline Office after an evaluation of the nature, gravity and scope of the offense committed, and the circumstances surrounding the scholar and the incident. Accordingly, disciplinary sanctions shall be given.

Lost and Found Depository

The Discipline Office is the official depository of all lost and found items. The Lost and Found Item Report form shall be utilized in filing and reporting lost and found items (found in the forms tab of the website). Unclaimed items after the last day of classes shall be donated to charitable institutions through the Student Alliance.
