Printing Services

Important Announcement:

Any agency that uses STD Paper (used for office copies or print jobs returned to the agencies), at this time we are running low on STD Paper and cannot print any large requests until the shipment comes in. The shipment is expected for delivery on 2/9/22, but there is a possibility of delays.  WVOT Print Services will continue to print the daily jobs, but no large jobs can be done at this time.  

**This notice does not apply to any letters/notices that are being mailed.

Jobs are submitted to the WVOT Print Shop by creating a job either on the mainframe or creating a PDF. The Mainframe jobs sit in an output queue until printed. 

PDFs can be sent directly to the printer for printing.
