Find wellness in your WRITING . Share your WORDS. Share your ART.
Leave each coaching session feeling more at ease with your project, more encouraged for the journey, and more clear about what you can do to keep going.
Why get a writing wellness coach?
Maybe you already have your idea. Maybe you know exactly what you want to say or offer. You may have already started writing, moving your body in the right direction, and finding resources. But the book is not finished. The project is undone. The extra meat is still on the bones. Your bones.
Why?
I already know the answer. I've been there before. too. I was stuck, too. Either I was convincing myself that I couldn't or I was thinking I didn't know something or other. What's more, I was lacking the momentum to see past the distractions and procrastination.
That is one of the reasons, I co-wrote my first book.
While I would have let myself down, I didn't want to let my friend down. So, I worked on the book even when I didn't want to.
Then I discovered something even better: a no force mindset.
I used to call this lazy. (Don't buy into that critical mind!)
Lazy is an unwillingness, a sloth. If you are reading this, that is probably not your story.
A no force mindset is not a way to get out of something, but a way to get into it.
I use a no force mindset for all of my endeavors now, and it is what I offer all my students and writers because I know that it works.
Working with me, WE:
PRAY. The Most High God is here with us and we want to bring the ultimate creator into the creation process.
MEDITATE. We create space for creation energy to join us on the path. What one writes is exponentially better when the thoughts are calmer and the mind is focused on the task.
REVIEW & WRITE & REWRITE. Having a coach means, you are not alone in creating your work of art. As we bring your offering into the world, things will change. However, we will stick to our SMART goal and revise it as needed to make the vision a reality.
COLLABORATE. I will support you with your writing needs to include technical writing, if that is what you need, organization, voice and style to refine your idea and skills, and complete your work.
REACH THE FINISH LINE. Using wellness momentum exercises, like breath work, meditation, journaling, creative writing, journaling, and movement practices, you'll keep you going after our sessions are complete and until the project is done.
