Vocabulary Words

 We won't have vocabulary words this week since we finished our novel last week

     Greek and Latin Roots

The children will have a root test on Friday.  They will be making flashcards for the roots spec/spect, phone, ject, therm, rupt, scrib/script, mit/mis, vac, geo, and cycl.

 Reading

We finished our novel last week and will begin a new novel after the fall break.

Writing

This week, we will continue to write personal narratives. 

Spelling

This week, we'll be working on r-controlled vowel syllables.
