Hello! My name is Jeremy Heavlin-Martinez and I am a science teacher at River City High School. This school year, 2017-18, I will be teaching Physics and AP Environmental Science in rooms 702 and 758 of Wiley Hall.

About Me

I have been teaching at RCHS for 3 years now, go Raiders!!

I was born and raised in LA and Orange County, CA. After completing high school in 2008, I attended Saddleback College in Mission Viejo before transferring to UC Davis to complete a B.S. of Physics along with my single subject science teaching credential. I've recently graduated with an M.A. of Education from UC Davis in 2016. Go Aggies!!

I have been married since December 20th, 2015 to the love of my life, Tessa, who also teaches science and art at Bridgeway Island Elementary. We have a dog (Taquito), a cat (Stripey), 2 chinchillas (Luna and Nymphadora), and 2 conures (Cher and Kylo Wren). My wife and I are both HUGE nerds and proud of it!
