Please contact your child's school office using the extensions below to have a parent portal account created for you. You will be asked to provide an email address that will be used to create your parent portal account.

Forgot your Aeries portal username/password?

To reset your Parent Portal password, please follow these steps:

  • Go to the Parent Portal login page by clicking here

  • Click on the "Forgot Password?" link

  • Type in your email address for your account

  • You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your portal password.

Is there a mobile app for the Aeries portal?

Yes. The Aeries mobile app can be found by searching for Aeries Mobile Portal on the Google play or App Store. Students and parents have immediate access to real-time student information using their preferred mobile device. Quickly access assignments, grades and attendance with simple one touch navigation.

How do I complete Parent Data Confirmation?

Parent Data Confirmation must be completed EACH year for your child. If you have more than one child who attends the WUHSD, you will need to complete Parent Data Confirmation for each child. To complete the Parent Data confirmation process, log into your Aeries portal where you will be prompted to begin the process.

How do I access my child's school email address and password?

  1. Log into the Parent portal here

  2. Click on Student Info from the menu on the top

  3. Select Student WUnet

  4. Your child's student email address and password will display
