In order to enrich and apply ecological knowledge in textbooks, S6 Biology students participated in a field visit organised by Ho Koon Nature Education cum Astronomical Centre (sponsored by Sik Sik Yuen). They visited Chuen Lung, Tai Mo Shan to study the freshwater stream ecosystem by measuring different abiotic factors and identifying organisms found in the site. They also designed a scientific investigation and presented their findings to the class.
