Spring 2024 Recommendation Forms
Please use the forms below to recommend a student for any of the Gifted and Talented programs available. If you are a parent filling this out for your child, please make sure you have the name of a Woodbridge Township Teacher or Staff member that can speak to the abilities of your child in the given area.
You may only fill out the recommendation form for ONE program per testing cycle.
The Fall Recommendation forms for all programs will close on FRIDAY APRIL 26th, 2024. After April 26th, 2024 you will need to fill out a registration form for Fall 2024. You will be notified of a testing time, date and location approximately two weeks after the form closing via the email address you provide. Testing for this cycle will take place June 12-17th, 2024. You will be notified of testing days, times, and locations approximately 3 weeks after the form closes on April 26th, 2024.
