Fall 2024 Recommendation Forms
Please use the forms below to recommend a student for any of the Gifted and Talented programs available. If you are a parent filling this out for your child, please make sure you have the name of a Woodbridge Township Teacher or Staff member that can speak to the abilities of your child in the given area.
You may only fill out the recommendation form for ONE program per testing cycle.
The Fall Recommendation forms for all programs will close on FRIDAY OCTOBER 25th, 2024. After October 25th, 2024 you will need to fill out a registration form for Spring 2025. You will be notified of a testing time, date and location approximately two weeks after the form via the mailing address you provide. You will receive an invitation letter to test via USPS mail by November 25th, 2024. If you do not receive the invite letter by November 25th, please contact the G&T Office at 732-596-4206. Testing is tentatively scheduled for the week of December 2nd, 2024.
