As a proud alumna of Woodbridge Township School District—having attended Ross Street Elementary School, Woodbridge Middle School, and Woodbridge High School—Ms. Peterson is delighted to return to teach in the community that shaped her.

With a B.F.A. in Commercial Dance from Pace University and over 25 years in the performing arts—including national Broadway tours, regional theater, cruise-line productions, and dancing as a Radio City Rockette—Ms. Peterson brings real-world stage experience directly into the classroom! She has had the privilege of teaching dance throughout New Jersey across public school, vocational school, and dance studio settings, sharing her passion for movement with students of all backgrounds. Her classes are designed to balance technical skill and creative expression with collaboration and fun. Whether focusing on building confidence, mastering stagecraft, or trying a new combination, Ms. Peterson's ultimate goal is to help every student discover the true joy of movement and performance!
