Grading Procedures

Grading Policy:

Please ensure that you hand in all completed assignments (major and minor) on time, whether in physical or digital form, following the instructions on how they are assigned.

Homework

1. Assigned most Mondays–Thursdays.
   
   

2. Always check Google Classroom (daily agenda, assignments, and updates).
   
   

3. Late work:
   
   

   1. Online textbook work = –15% per day late
      
      

   2. Other homework = not accepted late

Class Grading

• Major Assessments – 50%
  
  

  • Unit tests, projects, skits, speaking tasks, binder checks
    
    

• Minor Assessments – 50%
  
  

  • Classwork, homework, quizzes, participation, partner work
