My name is Kristine Skros and I've been teaching at School 9 since 2012. Prior to teaching 5th Grade I was both an ASI and LLI instructor. I also worked as a substitute teacher in all grade levels at School #9. I am Level 4 Clever trained and a Level 1 Google Certified Educator as well as a Certified BrainPOP Educator (CBE). I also serve as one of School 9's two Computer Liaisons. 

I am a graduate of the Woodbridge Township School District having attended Glen Cove School #28 (now Matthew Jago School), Woodbridge Jr. High (now Woodbridge Middle School) and Woodbridge High School. I attended Rutgers College earning my BA in Psychology and recently completed by Masters in Reading with an Emphasis in Elementary Education from Grand Canyon University.

I have two sons, Jeff, a Chemical Engineer, and Steven, a Mechanical Engineer. We also have a sweet pup, Tess. That's her in the picture! We rescued her in 2015. Besides spending time with my family, I enjoy reading, logic and jigsaw puzzles, cooking, and going to the beach.
