 Boys Winter Track 2024- 2025  

Fill out the google sheet below to sign up to winter track.  All Athletes must complete the form

All athletes must print and fill out the first three forms before each season and hand them in (stapled) to Mr. Grasso, the Director of Athletics at Colonia High School.  

Our first practice will begin December 2, 2024. In order to participate you must have an updated physical turned in to Mr. Grasso. You can find all physical form on the Physical Information page.  You must turn in an emergency contact form to me. No Physical and No Emergency Form = No Practice.  Attendance at practice will be mandatory. When you join a team you are making a commitment to yourself, your teammates, your coaches, and your school.
