 Boys Winter Track 2025- 2026

Could you fill out the Google Sheet below to sign up for winter track? All Athletes must complete the form

All athletes must print and complete the first three forms before each season and submit them (stapled) to Mr. Grasso, the Director of Athletics at Colonia High School.  

Our first practice will begin on December 1, 2025. To participate, you must have an updated physical form and turn it in to Mr. Grasso. You can find all physical forms on the Colonia Athletic page.  You must turn in an emergency contact form to me. No Physical and No Emergency Form = No Practice.  Attendance at practice will be mandatory. When you join our team, you are committing to our team.
